At First Alert Safes, we want you to feel secure in your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your safe within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare for Shipping

  Securely pack the safe in its original box with all included keys, shelves, and mounting hardware to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the crate and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
